Unfortunately, after fighting with MetroTex Association of REALTORS and Supra Real Estate for 2 years, they have gone back to forcing us to require the CBS code in order to access your eKEY lockboxes.

I have asked over and over why we even need the CBS code if we each have our own unique PIN identifier, they have all of our information, and the agents can see who, and at what time we enter. Their only response is “because we say so”.

This only serves to make our jobs more difficult, and I apologize for the inconvenience. I have created another ticket regarding this, and hopefully we will get an appropriate response soon.

I'll be on a plane for 21 hours, jumping through multiple time zone changes, so there may be potential for photos to be slightly delayed the 17th, so please...bear with me, ok?
