Recently, I photographed the BMO Women’s Event, and was struck by how much joy and support all of women had for each other. Women of all ages, women bringing their mothers and mothers bring their daughters.
There were so many different backgrounds - from executives, to teachers, to entrepreneurs - like Yolanda White who is the creator of Dayo Women’s apparel. Her slogan basically sums up what the event was all about: “DAYO: Style for Every Woman, Every Generation”. No wonder they asked her to be the keynote speaker.
Yolanda’s mother was there looking classy and elegant cheering on her daughter and watching her shine! Maybe I should have saved this for Mother’s Day, but it spoke to me today, and I just decided “Why not! We can celebrate women everyday!”. Happy
