It all started with a hunch!

For a few days something was calling me to this sale; little thoughts here and there running wild in my head. No pics, very little descriptive words giving not much to go on, but it was a private sale in a pivotal spot. Took the day off for the most part. It was a 2 pm sale; figured I’d hang with the homie before and we’d pop to the sale. He had never been to a sale before; and quickly he was watching the game unfold and getting it. Anxiety amped and the organizer late; 2:05 and the energy is flushed in the front yard with about 50 full time resellers and another 30 randoms. The Vets of Atlanta. All in one home. Rodeo dreams. The Gates opened and like the mad men we are. Rushing and scrambling around the house looking for finds to put bread on the table. Everyday a chance to change the trajectory of one’s life with one find. 30th in line stressed to see some great players on the field. Locked in flipped a coin to decide my decision up or down. Tails. Locked in and knew I was headed to the basement. Missed out in the first pile of clothing. And hit the other side of the room. Found two full boxes of the owners clothing from the 80’s and 90’s. 100+ shirts and sweaters; baby’s t’s tru Xl’s and a wide variety of items. Quickly filling my bag noticed immediately what this item was and was just too Gas. Seeing names like South Park, Star Wars, Superman, Batman, I knew I had a good little honeypot. Then a Spike Lee 40 Acres 2 fingers peace shirt. I was so happy!! I knew prices were good too. After finding my homie after like a good hour. We made one last look around collected all the put backs and headed to check out. She said 30$. A little tear dropped down my face. Just replying with yeah. Couldn’t even argue the price. Happy with my purchase I go outside the sale and see the tag was an xl. Nothing beats God’s blessings! Don’t post clothing often but this one means a lot to me. A reminder to trust God and to believe in his workings. He never fails! Chase what you love! Take the ball, shoot it, and yell out Kobe! Life’s too short not to have fun!
