I just want to remind you now so you'll take care of this before Thanksgiving. Buy the little tripod for your phone or camera. Take the family photo.

Take it in the living room on the couch or go outside. It doesn't have to be perfect. Even if you weigh more than you like, your outfits aren't coordinated, your hair's a mess or your kids got food on their clothes.

Take the photos because death is a thief. It snatches people away without warning, and none of the silly stuff matters.

Just take the photos. 📸

Hello Everyone.
First let me apologize for our silence, it has been a rough year for the three of us. (Mark, JALA and myself)

If you're a client/friend of Grayce Photography and have ever had the privilege to meet JALA, we wanted to let y'all know, she passed away the first of August.

JALA was my assistant in the studio when needed. She was great with kids! Especially our special needs children. She always knew when a child needed her. JALA was able to calm children down and bring a smile to their faces.

The mothers of two different special needs children had never seen their child smile before.... JALA was able to make them smile. It was only for a few seconds, but we caught that incredible moment in a photo for their families to cherish forever.

We miss JALA so much and the house has not been the same without her.

So, I have been a little silent lately and wanted to come on and touch base with yall. Life has gotten busy and a bit challenging lately, so after 10 years of photography, we think it's best for me to take a break for a while. I'm not sure how long it will last, but at this time it is for the best. If you are a regular client and you are in need of a photographer, please message me on my personal page and I will let you know if I can help you out. I miss photographing and I really miss all my littles. I have worked with many of you since your children were born and I miss seeing everyone on a regular basis.
A little update on JALA (my assistant) she's still kicking. She has her good days & bad days and we treasure each and every one of them. She misses all my littles as well.

If you ever had the opportunity over the past 10 years to visit our studio, than you probably have met our dog, JALA BooBoo. Today is her 14th birthday and I wanted to share some photos of her with you and your family. JALA worked with our littles whenever needed and has missed everyone so much since we closed our studio due to covid. She loves to go on golf cart rides, especially to Dunkin Doughnut to get munchkins. Blueberry is her favorite! She's moving a little slower now a days, but still loving life. Happy 14th Birthday JALA BooBoo!!!
