Introducing the new S1ii camera and 24-60mm 2.8 lens. Starring the incredible !

There’s a million reviews and information on these 2 new products, so for a quick review you just have to know that this S1ii is the camera I’ve been waiting for. It’s pretty much a full frame GH7 with mostly NO crop factors.
On top of that they have this new Auto Focus mode called “Urban Sports” which perfectly tracked Tom at f2.8.
The video and all the photos were shot using Lumix’s new Cinelike A2 picture profile.

As for the lens, my favorite part was its physical size and weight. The S 24-60 is about 2/3 the size of the S 24-70 and definitely weighs a lot less. Which means less weight and space in my bag. And with the Hybrid Zoom feature, you can get this lens up to 187mm!
There’s a function button on the side of the lens that you can assign to over a dozen functions. You can also set the focus ring to another function as well! So if you are using Autofocus, the manual focus ring can perform another function instead of being disabled.

Loved the ability to high speed sync with the AD600pro and the touch screen minimalist X3 trigger. It was like having an Apple Watch on top of my camera.
