I’m incredibly honored and grateful to SeniorInspire for featuring one of my images in this week’s newsletter as their “Why I Love This Image” selection. Seeing someone take the time to study not just the photograph, but the intention behind it—the composition, light, color, styling, and emotion—is incredibly meaningful. As photographers, we pour so much of ourselves into creating images that tell a story, so having that work recognized in such a thoughtful way is truly special.

There’s something special about seniors like Austin McBay. Headed to the University of Alabama this fall, Austin carries himself with a quiet confidence that instantly stands out. He’s handsome, athletic, and incredibly smart—but what impressed me most during his session was his genuine kindness and humble spirit. Through his years with Young Men’s Service League, Austin has shown that leadership isn’t about recognition—it’s about showing up, giving back, and making meaningful connections. His giving heart and commitment to serving others speak volumes about the young man he has become. It’s easy to celebrate the awards and accomplishments, but what makes Austin truly remarkable is his character. The way he cares for others, leads by example, and stays grounded is something special. Austin, thank you for trusting me to capture this exciting season of your life. I have no doubt you’ll continue making a difference wherever you go. Roll Tide! ❤️🐘

I had such a great afternoon watching one of my favorite seniors perform! Attending Parker Burks’ final dance recital honestly took my breath away and had me fighting back tears during her amazing solos and group performances.

Seeing years of hard work, passion, discipline, and artistry come together on stage was something truly special. Parker is the kind of person who leaves an impact everywhere she goes — genuine, fun, smart, kind, and such an incredible role model to everyone around her.
Class of 2026 is celebrating someone truly remarkable, and UNC is so lucky to be getting her both as a student and as a member of the dance team.

So proud of you, Parker. Your future is so bright, and I cannot wait to watch all the amazing things ahead for you.

Some people are talented. Some people are driven. And then there’s Abbie Kasik — somehow doing it all with grace, creativity, and the kindest spirit.

Centennial High School Class of 2026 senior Abbie is the definition of multi-talented. Whether she’s performing in chorus, theater, or band, playing guitar, piano, and trumpet, or writing and producing her own original music on Spotify and iTunes, creativity is simply part of who she is.

But beyond the talent is an incredible leader and student. Abbie is President of Anchor Club, involved in the Johns Creek Leadership Program, National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, and serves as an IB Ambassador — all while maintaining a 4.0 GPA.

And next year, she’ll be taking that talent and ambition to the University of Georgia Honors Program to study Entertainment & Media Studies and Film Production. Honestly? It feels like the perfect path for someone already creating her own story. 🎥🎤

Spending time with Abbie during her senior session felt like photographing someone completely comfortable being herself — thoughtful, artistic, intelligent, and quietly confident. The future is incredibly bright for this sweet girl, and I have no doubt this is only the beginning. 💙

Celebrating Annika Wehbe! There’s an artistry to Annika that goes far beyond music. From the moment we started her senior session, it was obvious she carries herself with the kind of quiet confidence that doesn’t need attention to stand out. Thoughtful. Disciplined. Creative. Strong.

Annika graduated from Cambridge High School Summa Cum Laude and is headed to Kennesaw State University to major in music — continuing a lifelong connection to the arts through performance and expression. Whether behind a cello or stepping into her next chapter, she brings the same grace and intention to everything she does. And somehow, alongside all of that artistry, she’ll also be guarding the net as goalie for the KSU women’s club hockey team. 🥅🎶

She’s the perfect reminder that people don’t have to fit into one box. Musician. Athlete. Scholar. Artist. Annika blends all of it together so naturally! 🎓🐻💙⭐️

With a sharp mind, quiet confidence, and an effortlessly cool style, Jack brought such a strong energy to every image. Now this Johns Creek High School Class of 2026 graduate is headed to Paris to study physics at Sorbonne Université! ✈️🇫🇷✨
