Scot is an enigma.
He’s mysterious and compelling with his quiet, purposeful existence.

His physical existence demands attention as he stands over 6ft with a head of hair grandmothers tell stories about.
Yet his energy, his approach as he interacts with others if calming and steady.

Everything is thought out.
There is no rush, no chaos.

Just a balanced calm.

Of course, all that gets gently put aside the moment Scot takes on a roll and steps on stage.

Then you see fire.

In reality this coat, while it’s very cool, was living its best life with H Scot Saggiomo.
And so was I!

Scot is absolutely unforgettable, a gifted thespian with a solid cast of characters and performances under his belt.

His presence in any room is palpable.
His hair, a character of its own.
His energy is compelling and interesting.

Scot is selective and thoughtful, only saying things he feels should be said. He isn’t worried about the silence or concerned with filling the air.
He cares about people, his family, and holding himself to a high standard.

This remarkable man truly is outstanding. And his efforts to be so good bless the rest of us.

Age is more than a number and I get giddy when I think about how much you’ve experienced.
What a joy to have the years, to have lived the life and accumulated the memories.

And people worry I’ll be less than enthusiastic because they come with wrinkles and grey hair.

No one can learn this for you.

This loving yourself, this seeing yourself as someone of value, and worth to be honored and cherished and respected.

No one can do that work for you.
You have to learn that for you, and in the beginning it can be lonely work.

Nobody else can do that work for you.
That’s all you friend.
It looks like you showing up and doing needful things.
It’s you fulfilling your own personal promises to yourself.
It’s you learning the things you need to learn so you can be the person you always wanted to be.

A good thing in this hard thing is that it all depends on you.

Courage and strength- two words that are used too often to describe things that require little effort or sacrifice.

Also, two words not used often enough to describe people doing incredibly difficult things that have seemingly boring results.

It is brave to get help when you’re dealing with depression.

It is courageous to be honest with others when your life is spiraling.

It’s strong to talk about the dark things that are haunting you.

It’s wise to live differently than those around you.

Strength tends to be quiet.
Courage isn’t always public.

But the results are always a life well lived.

Nicole, your bravery and strength as you faced the difficulties of your past are a blessing to you, your family, and all of us who know you❤️

I know you’ve got reservations and that saboteur that lives in your head would rather you choose the discomfort of longing than crushing disappointment.

But if you could muster some courage and a bit of daring, if you could trust me for three hours I can change the way you see yourself in pictures.
I could create for you an experience that will leave you smiling and, to quote a loved client, feeling like “this is the best therapy session ever!”
