Just remember that your kids are never too old to take family photos and even if the weather makes you reschedule this for 6 times, you can STILL get the photos you want so badly before your babies fly the nest and it will be worth all the effort! These memories will last forever.

My sweet niece is having a baby girl soon and we took advantage of her trip to GA for her shower to get some maternity pics done. Well it was HOT, let me tell you, and Luke was NOT feeling the smiles! He was hot, tired and way too distracted by the shoals and big sticks! But we got amazing pictures! I love a grumpy baby picture, especially because his mom was the QUEEN of grumpy kid pictures! IYKYK! I am so proud of this amazing woman and her beautiful family and I can't wait to meet little Oakley!

Months of creating, late nights, and a lot of heart went into preparing for this show, and seeing it all come to life tonight surrounded by your incredible support was surreal.
Thank you to every single person who came through the doors, took a moment to look at the work, and shared a kind word. Your presence made tonight everything it was.
The work will be on display until the end of the month, so if you couldn’t make it tonight, there is still plenty of time to come see it!

The walls at Flicker just got a lot brighter. Which I didn’t think was possible! 🤣
My solo show, “Beneath the Whitewash, the Beauty Remains,” is officially up for the entire month of July! Seeing these heavy textures, bold geometric lines, and massive bursts of color hanging against that iconic orange backdrop is everything I hoped it to be.
I’ve even included a rare, deeply personal self-portrait in this collection (you can’t miss her glowing in that neon pink frame that I couldn’t wait to put on that orange wall! I also have my largest piece to date hanging proudly front and center. Thank you so much Mitzi Prochnow for your curator expertise and never ending love and support. I love you in the most magical way with gratitude as big as the universe! We are so lucky! And of course thank you Flicker Theatre for having me back this year, and for always being such a huge supporter of Local Art. And honestly, Athens in general! You are the classic Athens we all need and love!
