Wanted him to lie to the roommate's and say he's 18, got a visit from us instead. Safe to say he will be looking for a new place. Spread the word so he cant get a place in this town!!

607PH Catch #44 -NYSEG Trainer-Paul Pipher "BlknWhi4u" 59 years old. Tried to outsmart us by not giving up his face and name but we caught him texting our decoy exactly where we told him we where. Wanted to bring a 14YO boy back for him and his friend to share. Pauls partner Kendall Jones works for Homeland security was believed to also be aware of the age of this child. Paul was bringing home to him for them both to “play” with. This kind of security only means he's one of the worst. Any info hit the DM. Thanks and please SHARE!!!
