Family and friends Connie S Norris and I are wanting to let you all know that daddy will be going on HOSPICE (at home).He chose this care for himself and he understands what going on and everything that is happening and knows that his time is not to far in the distance.We had a family meeting after a doctor appointment Tuesday.he has told us what he wants done at the funeral so we will make sure he gets what he wants. throughout the day he has been instructing us on everything that needs to be done at home. Hospice will be out on Thursday august 22 to start the process. You are welcome to visit or call as you wish to check on him. We love you all and right now we have had lots of support and calls that we have gotten thus far. Daddy wanted to make sure this brothers and grandkids knew before we posted.I have tried call as many people as I could and has help from family with that as well.Connie and I are working together to try to make this as stressless as possible for daddy and letting him make his own decisions in the process.when we get more information we will let you all know AFTER immediate family is notify. Please keep my dad in your prayers and pray that he will have a peaceful transition when it's time,and say a small prayer for my sister and I as this is going to be a long journey.Much love to you all.
