Many couples that I talk to in our discovery calls emphasize the importance of getting candid photos of them on their wedding day. I think this speaks volumes. Being present truly is a gift 🎁

Carson + Max at The Greenbrier 🤍

Creating photographs with Dorothy Draper’s interior designs was a fairytale experience for me. I scouted the location prior to the wedding day to make sure that I was respectful and time efficient when it came time for portraits. (We had 25 minutes for bride + groom portraits!) I’m so happy with what we accomplished in such a small amount of time.

Getting to play just for fun with my best girls (who happen to be sisters) in Colorado was soul nourishing to my creativity 🫶🏻

I was in desperate need to create something for me, with no attachment to the outcome. To express freely!! To just let go, and have fun with my camera- my medium of choice 🤍

Instagram is a hellscape for true artists and a paradise for content creation. The second I feel I have to “keep up” with other artists, it’s a no for me. Thank you to my fellow photographer friends who have encouraged me and inspired me along the way. We artists are rebels at heart— and I love shaking s**t up with you.

The Quigleys 🫶🏻

truthfully, I haven’t felt like posting much since the hurricane that swept through WNC. Over the last few days however, I realized how important creating art is, and that celebrating love, even end devastation, will always get us through. It’s especially important in times like this .

I’m so proud to be a part of a community that looks out for each other. I’m so grateful for clients who have been compassionate and understanding with reschedules and cancellations.

Faith in humanity has been restored and reinforced. 🤍
