I saw this dead butterfly yesterday and its wing had fallen off. It was absolutely stunning in life and death. Which gave me a little reminder, often times the photos that us photographers get booked for is all about new beginnings in the traditional sense. Newborns, engagement, weddings, senior photos, maternity, graduation. But what about getting older? What about divorce? What about a new career? What about a certification? What about a Tuesday afternoon where your hair lays just right or your makeup looks perfect? What about turning 43? What about choosing to let your hair turn grey?
