At this point—everyone already knows I suck at social media. What you may not know is I’m still doing my thing.
A little less, a little quieter, a little pickier.
Making room for new adventures and new chapters. Soaking up all the things. Though I’m feeling grateful and grounded, my soul always brings me back to a mountain top -drenched in that golden glow, and beating hearts in front of my camera.
I absolutely love this s**t.
So I may not be as present as I once was. I may be a little more intentional with my time—but Imma still be here doing the things I love with the best people I can find to trust me with their intentional time.

**I said all of that to say this—I’m opening my books for just a few discounted fall sessions this coming season and I’d love nothing more than to roam through the woods at golden hour with you.
So if you’re looking for some sweet couples photos or your family is overdue for an updated version of the picture hanging on your wall—let’s chat. It may not end up on my social media, because let’s face it, I’ll suck at social media forever…but it will live in my mind always and forever keep me coming back to a camera in my hand …and for that I will always be so thankful for every moment I’ve been included in your stories.

Happy PRIDE month 🏳️‍🌈

Having people in my community trust me with thier love stories is my favorite part. Seeing them come together with the love and support of their families and friends is my second favorite.

Being supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community is more than just Pride month. It’s advocating for change and growth always. It’s teaching your children to be kind to everyone, find their own truth and live it without reservation. It’s giving permission to those without support to be authentic in everything they do- from the way they dress to how they identify to who they love.

You don’t have to buy the bathing suit at target that allows more coverage or the pink dinosaur shirt for your four year old boy… but teaching them that the little boy that wanted the pink shirt is just as important and that doesn’t mean it’s going to fade the color of thier own blue shirt, would give so much space for love to grow in our future. It sounds so simple in the grand scheme of things. There are far worse things than seeing other people unapologetically living for themselves.

Cheers to lifting each other up- not just for Pride month; but every month. ✌🏽 💗 🌈

My kid turned 17 last week.

I rarely share my personals on here but I’m in literal awe at the thief time really is. Stealing away my tree climbing, worm holding, frog catching little girl….and molding her into this crazy talented, incredibly smart, insanely beautiful young woman. She’s gangster rap with a vintage soul and easily one of my favorite humans. I’m not sure how we got here.. I feel I was so busy trying not to fail that I looked up and I’ve damn near raised another. That second one man… they play their own music for sure…

But I’d listen to it on repeat.

I’m really feeling intimate couples sessions you guys…
There’s some bit of pure magic in watching two people hold space for one another and reconnect in a way that’s just hidden from the outside world.

I’m thankful for all my couples that have allowed me to peek into their safe space over the years. These things fill my cup.

Meet Tyler and his beautiful fiancé Hannah.
Funny story..I’ve actually known Tyler for a long time. I met him through my cousin and since that day his name has always been “Tit”. Now I could get into why people end up with the nicknames they do….
But instead I’ll leave you with their glowing faces, soaked in the warm sun and sweet love. Engaged up and ready to do the damn thing! I cannot wait for this wedding.

And to Tyler and Hannah…I promise not to title your wedding gallery “Tit’s Wedding.”
After all…it’s Tit and Hannah now.
