Making my way through this beautiful family’s gallery this week and I just have to say…they were an absolute joy to photograph 🥹Easygoing, kind, and so much fun to spend the evening with!

One thing someone lightly joked during our session made me giggle 😉
A few members worried they’d be a handful with so many different personalities.

Honestly? I experienced the complete opposite!!

All I felt was warmth, appreciation, laughter, and a family that genuinely enjoys being together! Every personality added something special, and watching them interact reminded me why I love photographing families 🥹 Gorgeous humans and fun vibe. I KNOW they had THE best time on their vacation 🥳

They were such a joy to work with that they inspired me to open up even more summer sessions for family portraits this year! 🌿✨

There’s something so magical about sunrise & sunset at the North Carolina Arboretum this time of year-
the gardens are glowing, the light is dreamy, and it truly feels like summer at its best.

Some love stories are built one adventure at a time ✨🧳🌲🌴🌊🏔️✨

From growing up together to exploring new places side by side, Kyle and Malorie have spent years building a life filled with laughter, memories, and miles traveled together!

And if there was a jewelry store nearby…chances are Malorie spotted it 💍😂 Every trip lately seemed to include a stop to admire the rings. The funny part? Kyle already had the ring 😉
He wasn’t waiting to find one….he was simply waiting for the right moment!

This weekend, that moment finally arrived, and with one heartfelt question, the next chapter of their story began 🥹
