I love views like this… Of course, it’s gorgeous. However, these rays in particular are likely visibile due to not only the sun and cloud positions, but also the dust/smoke particles in the atmosphere from all the wildfires burning out west. Sunsets even around here (1000’s of miles away) have recently been a little strange looking.

We shouldn’t have long periods of reduced air quality from wildfires burning across the country. This isn’t “normal.”

Climate change is happening.

Don’t listen to me though, go check out the recent report for more details.

Now… What are we going to do about it?
