Loved getting to see a different side of DC for this sweet couple's engagement session! It was supposed to rain - I packed all my cute umbrellas - but right before we started the clouds cleared and gave us some sunlight for the first half of our photoshoot! Grateful for all the pretty light, and that the downpour held off until I got home :D

Despite my lack of posting recently, things have been wonderfully busy! Spring was full of gorgeous senior sessions - figured it was time to post some :D Let's start with this lovely senior! I lost count of how many times we had to reschedule due to bad weather, but it was so worth it in the end! Perfect session at some of my favorite local spots :)

Catching up on posting! It's been a minute, but I was so excited to finally take some spring photos during cherry blossom season! Okay, technically these are peach trees, but they bloom at the same time as the cherries and we avoided city crowds by having this orchard all to ourselves! :D

Finished editing the beautiful wedding of Sofia & Joseph! I was so honored to capture this event, not just because it was another debater union (😍) but because I got to take their sunset photos at the same park where I had my own wedding photos taken! Super special day all around :)

I've neglected posting here for a long time, but I think it's time to start sharing again! My last post was at the start of the pandemic... so a lot has happened since then - for you guys too, I'm sure! In case you have missed the updates on instagram, I'm now in VIRGINIA! It's been bittersweet leaving our home state to start somewhere new. One of the most fun things about moving has been finding new beautiful places for photoshoots! I hope to share more soon, but for now, please enjoy this lovely couple at the Old Alexandria waterfront. I can't get over how her dress perfectly matches the sign!!
