Happy Friday & Happy New Year!

I got a surprise ending to my 2025 with my favorite family from Florida! The last time I got to capture them was way back in 2020! Five years later and the kiddos are all so grown up! So this reunion was extra special. It was so much fun catching up, laughing, and soaking in all the sweet family chaos. I absolutely love seeing how much these kiddos have grown, mom and dad still Bad AF and their favorite auntie joining in on the fun too! Seriously just made my heart so happy to see them again. All the same amazing energy, just a little taller and even more fun. So grateful and looking forward to kicking off the new year with more families like this.

My very last family of the year couldn’t have ended the season any sweeter. This beautiful crew braved one of the coldest weekends we’ve had so far, and honestly… you’d never know it except for the rosy little noses. They showed up smiling, snuggled close, and made the whole session feel warm. I adore the giggles, the cuddles, the soft golden grasses, and how this family made a quick little session feel so full.

This sweet family has me smiling the whole time while editing, so I’m sharing a little sneak peek of some of my favorites.

The golden light was perfect, grandma was the sweetest thing ever, the boys brought that perfect mix of wild-hearted energy with their adorable new pup. Just everything that makes a session feel special.

I have just a couple more beautiful sessions to finish up… and then hibernation and dreaming of another amazing season to come!

Ok here’s part two of the split session! It was full of golden light and the happiest kind of chaos. I just adore seeing this sweet family. I’ve photographed them for years including their maternity session last season so watching them grow and finally getting to meet baby brother has been the sweetest thing. Adding grandma and grandpa into the mix this year made it even more special. Those moments always hit different.

Thanksgiving is almost here! I’ll be working through the weekend to send a couple more galleries out, then taking the week off for some fun snowboarding and family time in with my boys before jumping back into editing mode to finish delivering everything. Hope you all enjoy time with your family and friends! 🤍

I love it when clients come in with a vision for their session. This mama arrived with ideas, a mood, and a whole vibe she wanted to bring to life and I was so excited to help bring it all together. A good collaboration always brings out something special, and this one absolutely did.

From the warm golden light to the moody evening sky and rising moon, everything aligned in the most perfect, beautiful way.

And stay tuned… because her sister’s session is coming next! We squeezed two completely different sessions into one evening, and it was such a fun, creative whirlwind.

Team up with a sister, friend, or another family and share the evening. We’ll split the session in half and create two totally unique sets of photos. More variety, more savings, more magic truly a win-win!

I’ve been busy getting galleries out, and the burnout is so real! But I get to work on sessions like this one that have me completely obsessed. Sneak peek from Olivia’s senior session.

We were blessed with everything I could dream of for an evening shoot: golden autumn light, warm calm air, and the most stunning purple sky with a glowing moon rising at the end. Olivia was radiant in every single frame, moving with this gentle, effortless confidence that made the whole evening feel soft, dreamy, and cinematic.

I’m so close to wrapping up my season, and my heart is already excited for all the beautiful faces I’ll get to photograph next year.

This session was such a beautiful blend of love, family, and heritage.

I loved that Veronica wanted to celebrate this moment not only with her fiancé but also by including her parents which made it even more meaningful. We did a hybrid session where my clients chose to honor their Hmong heritage by wearing traditional outfits. Being Hmong myself, it means so much when I get to photograph our beautiful culture. I love the vibrant colors, intricate details, and the deep sense of pride our cultural clothing carries.

We then ended the evening under the dreamiest blue hour skies, with soft color tones that made the perfect ending to such a heartfelt session.

I love sessions like these that remind me why I love what I do capturing connection, legacy, and the beauty of where we come from all in one frame.

This season has truly filled my heart. I’ve had the joy of photographing so many of my returning families some I’ve been lucky enough to capture for years. Watching these kids grow up in front of my camera is honestly one of the most special parts of what I do.

The Atkin family is one of those families that I love seeing over the years. They started with me since little sis was just a baby… and now oldest brother towers over not only me but his parents! It’s the biggest compliment a photographer can get when families keep coming back trusting me to capture their story through each new chapter. 💛

Here’s to all the seasons of growth, laughter, and love. Thank you for letting me freeze these moments in time.

This sweet family really brought me all the feels! Photographing a family of boys hits me right in the heart. With a trio of boys of my own, I can’t help but get super nostalgic every time I photograph another boy crew.

Every laugh, tackle, and wild moment takes me back to those beautiful years when life was pure magic. It was messy, loud, and full of love. These days, it’s more about grocery money, bottomless appetites, and quick hugs between their busy lives.

I cherish those early memories even more now. Sessions like this remind me how quickly time moves and how precious this season truly is. The noise, the energy, the chaos is where the real love lives.

Ok, I’m going to ask a year ahead and put it out into the universe now for more sessions next fall because these colors! Honestly mad at myself for not dragging my own family out into the gorgeous fall colors. So do what you have do, write it down or a mental note to book a session for fall 2026!

This crew was beautifully chaotic in the best way, and that’s exactly what I love. Most littles are not going to stand still for long so because of that I encourage them to explore, play, and just be kids. Trust the process because that is where the magic unfolds into real smiles, real connection, and real memories.
