Tell me. Where were you the first time you realized you wanted to marry and spend forever with your person? What was going on?

I love asking this during engagement sessions.

And what’s funny is the answers aren’t of moments full of sparkle and shine.

It happens when nothing fancy was going on and instead was during some of the most mundane moments in life.

It happens when you realize how perfect they are just being themselves, comfortable in their own skin, not proving anything to anyone. It's in moments when you realize who they are—the whole package, even the nitty gritty parts—are absolutely beautiful. And who they are is worth everything to hold onto, forever.

You want all the highs, and all the lows… with them.

It’s simple. It’s real. It’s true.

The amount of joy, comfort, and trust that radiated from these two in this moment is something I will never forget. I am beyond stoked for them 💛
