A quick editing update for all my fall clients! I'm currently editing Sept 13th sessions! I've been starting editing at 5am since school started, and many evenings go into the night, basically wherever I can get a few retouches in, but because I'm a perfectionist, which is why you like me remember haha, the busiest season of my career has me drowning. So just an update, that I'm doing my best, and am learning to say "no more" again. The next 2 weeks I have lots of time scheduled for only editing catch up before ALL OUT Christmas starts around here!

The 20’x10’ Lodge Living Room is stunning and huge! Very easy to change up seating, or props and toys for kids to play with and pose on! Plenty of space to do full family seated or standing, and even extended family could gather in.
Get your holiday portraits scheduled, booking is live and sessions begin next weekend!

This coming Wednesday, the 28th, I have a student coming in to job shadow, and I’d like to add one or two mini sessions into our schedule for the day with some kiddos! I have 2 things I need to get portfolio images for anyway, so let me know if your family might fit these needs - complimentary session!

- Must sign model release for use of images
- Available Wednesday morning / early afternoon

🎄- For one - a whole family / 1 parent / grandparent modeling the Christmas kitchen or living room

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒- For the other: a generational portrait (gramma/mom/daughter or opposite for boys) OR 2+ sibling children!

The first peeks at THREE more Christmas Sets are in my stories today!! Busy busy day in the studio doing setup and initial pictures. The Christmas Bedroom the kids and I set up Monday.

IM SO EXCITED FOR CHRISTMAS SESSIONS THIS YEAR! The kitchen baking set yet to come, and maybeeee one more. First dates are Nov 6 & 8th and through early December!

Now I know everyone is excited over the reindeer, but we are moving Christmas inside now for the year. The Reindeer will be back, but I don’t love seeing littles cold and uncomfortable while trying to create magic, and we have at least FIVE magical indoor holiday and THIS ONE simple set this year!

So to kick off the Christmas Captures studio sessions, here is the simple white backdrop captured clean or with holiday vibes, which is just a quick decor switch!

I’m starting full Christmas client sessions starting Nov 6, and will tease the other sets all very soon. ALL NEW! 😍🥳

My family and the magical reindeer from Saturday had to skip the editing que for previews, no apologies given 🥰 This special setup and collaboration with The Aurora Acres was everything that I had hoped for and more. This is definitely on the annual to offer list now, especially since so many messaged after seeing my IG stories and feeling the FOMO! Yall definitely missed out, I was cheesing right out. But it’s okay, next year has bigger plans!
