It was a profound honor to document the homecoming and final resting place of Staff Sergeant Paul Allen Gregg.
After serving bravely in World War II and being reported missing in action after the Battle of the Bulge in 1944, Paul was finally identified more than 80 years later. He was brought home to be laid to rest with military honors.
Photographing this service was a privilege and a reminder that sacrifice is never forgotten. To witness a hero return home after so many decades was deeply moving, and I am grateful to have been trusted to preserve these moments for his family and future generations.
Welcome home, S/Sgt. Paul Gregg. Your service, sacrifice, and legacy will always be remembered. 🇺🇸
