Would you believe me if I told you this handsome little chunk was born 5 weeks early?!?! Mateo, now 3 months old, had to spend some time in the NICU so his family was never able to get newborn pictures. He came to my studio yesterday, gave me quite the upper body workout and rewarded me with a 15 minute power nap so I can get 2 whole pictures of him sleeping. He was a little spicy at times (my guy was super sleepy but also had some FOMO) but would hit me with a sly smile and some great facial expressions and would just melt my heart!

T minus 19 days until football season officially begins. This season is bitter sweet for me. It's the first year I won't have a cheerleader on the field to cheer on BUT, I have had the pleasure of watching (and photographing) most of these girls through the years so part of my heart will still be out there, under those Friday night lights. It's great to be an Arabian Knight!!
