Willow Tree Photography Hi there! I'm a photographer based out of Appleton, Wisconsin. Take a look around my page to see if my photography and editing style are what you're looking for.

My name is Heather and I'm a natural light photographer in Appleton, WI. My favorite part about photography is that I'm able to share in special milestones in my clients' lives, whether that be welcoming a new baby or a senior graduating. And as much as I love the big milestones, I love the little moments that got you there. Those annual family pictures that capture just how much everyone has changed in just a year's time. With two older girls, was this session smooth sailing?

Absolutely. The girls smiled when they were asked, didn't wriggle all around during the posed photos and they looked at the camera without being reminded to ✅

Then at the end of the session, we were chatting about how photos get easier as the kids get older. Their mom shared a story from when the girls were little and how they were SO naughty for the photo session, which made me laugh.

Because it just goes to show we've all been there.

And you know what? That's part of the journey, right? The meltdowns, the refusals to smile... it's all part of raising children. If you're in those stages - it's ok! In the end, it's not about the perfect pose or the perfect smile, but embracing the stage you're in - imperfections and all 💕

But today, we spent hours at a pumpkin farm with cousins.

We came home and spent time hanging outside while my husband started dinner on the grill.

And these were the only two pictures I took all day 😀

I have no regrets 💕
