❤️🤍💙 Happy Fourth of July! Some of my favorite memories are the simplest ones: my dad packing a picnic and heading over to the big field at the local school, my sisters and I running barefoot in the grass with sparklers, and ending the day with fireworks under a summer sky…. I believe in this country, in ALL of us who call it home, and in our freedom to keep working together for a brighter tomorrow. The United States of America is young and we are just getting started. We have the power to keep shaping our future! Wishing everyone a joyful, safe, and peaceful Independence Day.

This might be the easiest family photograph you'll schedule all year. Summer has a way of bringing everyone back together. College students come home, grandparents visit, and families gather for vacations and cookouts.

The calendar slows down just enough to make room for the things we keep meaning to do. And while holiday cards may be the last thing on your mind when it's 85 degrees outside, summer is actually one of my favorite times for family portraits.

🌤Your family, fresh green leaves, and gentle summer light create a natural canvas for classic and candid summer portraits. The warm evenings, cooler mornings, and relaxed pace create photographs that feel natural and connected. Bare feet in the grass. Kids who aren't rushing off to school activities. And simply enjoying being together for a few minutes.
