A bit about me and why.
Those that know me know that I am a technocrat. Throughout my life I have been immersed in technology. I am a self-taught programmer that has made a lifelong career through a fascination with technology. I have held positions as a designer, developer, configuration and system analyst, website creator, and a few others that have allowed me to play in the digital landscape while making a living.
I am truly blessed to do what I love.
Currently I hold a position with United Healthcare as a Capability Manager. This pays the bills while allowing me to help those in the Medicare and Medicaid space as a career. Another blessing.
Over the past 20 years futurism has met reality at breakneck speeds and I can never get enough of it. While my full-time job is wonderfully challenging, it does not fulfil the technology desire that stirs my heart.
I also am the owner of a bottomless creative heart. I have painted, written, taught myself guitar, acted, and have done comedy on stage. It would seem this would be juxtaposed to my love of all thing’s technology; however, I have found a way to have the left side of my brain play nice with the right.
I bought my first ‘real’ camera just over a year ago, which led to my first digital telescope, and now drones. Plural. The three have combined and taken over my mind. I have completed courses in their usage, took the Part 107 exam for drone piloting, and have been infatuated with being able to capture images my mind sees from any distance or angle. It is something I have been sharing on Facebook for a while and it is something I would like to help others with.
From the visualization and creation of an image or video to the processing and video editing, and then the display via website or a tool to use for advertising I can put my passion to use for you and/or your business.
This is not my full-time job, and it is not my intention to make that a goal. My intention is to share doing something I am passionate about with those who can make it work for them. You.
