My cheeks hurt while going through these photos because I'd been smiling for like an hour straight. 😆 And, what makes these so special and fun to share is knowing the back story -- before their session, Anna was so sweet to share how getting new family photos was a big part of their redemption story - a chance to celebrate how God has worked in and through their lives over the past three years.

If you know Anna, you know that she has an absolute heart of gold. 💖 She's a true representation of Christ in the way she loves and cares for those around her. I've been immensely blessed by her listening ear, encouragement, and gluten free sweet treats over the years and it was such a gift for me to capture these joy-filled photos for her family!!

I try so hard to not talk about the weather in my posts but when there's a night as gorgeous as this one, it's impossible not to! Last night was such a dream. I've barely been to the creek this summer and let me tell you - it was 100% worth the wait.

I first met the Bell family a couple years ago at the creek and it was SO fun to add little Aggie to the splashing crew this time around. 🥰

When you trip walking backwards over a boulder and fall on your bum and deliver the entire gallery before the bruises are even healed...that's a win, for sure! Ha! 😅

No but in all seriousness, this season is crazier than ever. I've completed 3 out of my 7 weddings this late summer/fall and if I don't stay on top of the editing, things are gonna get real hairy around here! That's not even taking into consideration the plethora of senior sessions (which, shhh! are my favorite).

I never ever, EVER want to complain about the workload that comes with something that is SUCH a blessing to me. On my way to every session I pray and thank God that I actually get to live out my literal dream of capturing beautiful people and beautiful moments forever. Pinch me. 😆 Also, I'm like super duper tired already. I suppose it's a good thing we live in Minnesota and there's a built-in rest season December - April, amiright?!

Anywhoooo, I hope you all have a fun weekend and smile at these sweet moments from the Inselman wedding like I am! 💞

Joey | Class of 2027 🎓

I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to get to know Joey over the last handful of years and I so admire the exceptional young man that he is. He has a heart for Jesus and a genuine joy that is just contagious! He's also been such a sweet example to my kids as they've grown up with Joey as a role model in our church. 🥹

Thank you for allowing me to capture this stage of life as you enter your senior year, Joey - I'm excited to see what God is going to do in your life!!

A big ol' congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Kastel!! 🥰

We're smack dab in the middle of busy season - yesterday wrapped up number 3 of my 7 weddings this August - October and I mayyy be feeling it just a tad. 😅 (For those that don't know, I do also have a full-time job alongside my photography biz).
