I was given my first camera - a Russian Zenit 3S, together with a developing tank and chemicals - when I was 10 years old. It was the best birthday present I have ever had, and it started a lifelong love of photography that has only become stronger as the years passed. Since those early days I have had a lot of cameras and taken many photographs - and when the time came I found the change to digit

al technology fascinating, and I took a lot of courses on both the cameras and image editing techniques. But the technology is only the means to an end, and it is the creation of the final image that is so dear to me. I find that my background and experience brings a unique perspective to my work, and that I can imagine - and shoot - photographs that show a world that is beautiful in a timeless way, or that capture a moment in an unforgettable vignette.
