Aubreii, my client manager for the last 18 years!, has been diligently taking classes and studying photography for a long time. And as her kids have grown, and her life gives her space, she has expanded her role with our team - she is still our beloved client manager, but is now a photographer as well!

She knows our client base and my photography style better than anyone after walking alongside me for so many years. And she has always had a people gift - she is the personification of the word unflappable. Aubreii has done a lot of beautiful work this year - but I just wanted to celebrate her and highlight this lovely maternity session. Aubreii Joy Photography you are a gift!

There was a very sweet article written about us in a local magazine! It highlights the summer teen camps we offer and the impact they are having. 🤍
I’ve included small bits here, but you can read the whole feature at the link in my bio.

It’s been a long time since I posted here, as we had an intense winter. But life thankfully feels settled enough to share a few recent, happy farm moments:

1. 8 Icelandic lambs born- this is Téo, who loves a scratch and snuggle.
2. Lucy is baking and had her first farm stand.
3. I don’t know how Killdeers exist. They insist on making their ground nests in places like the driveway, the pig pen, and the garden bed. (I protect them as best I can, but still…)
4. Levi golf cart surfs with his little cousin at the wheel.
5. Gabriel was gifted a huge telescope and we have spent a lot of beautiful nights out looking into space. (This is a non-telescope phone pic of the moon rising over the pond.)
6. We had some big pigs we needed to transport to another farm. For some reason a wooden crate with holes makes me feel like a 1940’s zookeeper.
7. Nicole from dropped off my first batch of wool!
8. The silliest farm dog.
9. The kids teach Nate to paddle board.
