Her name is Cinderella and she has the opposite of a wicked stepmother. Her mom actually hand made all of these dresses. 😳😳 It was an honor to attend and shoot this masters recital. As summarized by Olive, age 11, Cinderella does all the things on stage and singing that she tells me to do during vocal lessons. 🎵🎤

14. He agreed to some very quick shots even though he didn’t really want to take them. I didn’t want to take them either. I’m carrying extra weight right now, my clothes weren’t just right, my messy hair that needs a serious cut. All the things. Things that feel like *such* big things in the moment but that actually keep us from being present in the moment that is so freaking fleeting. I only have just over four more years with him. Four. It’s going to happen in a blink of an eye. He is the most amazing kid, and I am beyond honored that I get to be *his* mom. This is *your* reminder to get in the frame. You will have a million reasons why you shouldn’t. Ignore them. Because the moments are fleeting and you will never regret having them documented.
