There is no blind leading the blind, around here sister.
I got you 🫶🏼

I know exactly where you’ll sit, and in what light. I know what you’ll do with your hands, and how far in you’ll tuck your elbows. I know just how to guide you into the perfect arch for your shape, and when to remind you to breatheeee so that the air doesn’t rise into your shoulders. I know how you’ll breathe, and I guide your inhales and exhales.

I also know how nervous you are, and how much you are fighting every cell in your body to just RELAX and ditch the doubt. So even when it gets hard and your anxiety kicks in, I won’t leave you hanging, nor compromise your
dignity.

You never, ever need to think that you’ve got to KNOW how to do all the things here in the studio. You invest in me—not to take your noods, but to help you see “HER”—the version of yourself you were convinced didn’t
exist. Remember, I see you very differently than you see yourself. You just let me do the thing I know how to do.
