Senior sessions are about so much more than cap and gown photos!!

One of my favorite things is when seniors bring pieces of their story with them. From pageant crowns and sashes to twirler uniforms, batons, college gear, or even something that represents a future career, these details help tell the story of who you are and everything you’ve accomplished along the way.

Miss Alayna brought pieces from every chapter of her high school journey, and it made her gallery feel so personal and uniquely hers. Years from now, these are the photos that will bring back the memories.

There’s something so intentional about giving this moment its own time and space. No wedding day timeline, no rushing, no pressure just a full session dedicated entirely to portraits that reflect this season so beautifully.

It allows us to slow down, focus on detail, and create images that feel timeless in a way wedding day coverage doesn’t always allow.

Miller was hoped for, prayed for, and already so deeply loved before she ever arrived earthside. Getting to document seasons like this. The waiting, the tenderness, the kind of love that changes everything. It will always mean more than I can put into words.
