I am so grateful in the strategic way things are going with these books right now. I have the vision and prepared everything before setting out but i just got out of my Dr appointment and now have an opportunity to show him the books so they can have it for the kids and people who come in to be infused or waiting for their families to come out. Simple plan... so tomorrows appointment will be interesting for sure :-) Genuinely Excited!!!
Ready for Partnerships in the community and in other communities as well.

The other night I found myself standing along the shore watching this ship make its way across the water.
What caught my attention wasn't just the size of it. It was the reminder that every vessel has a purpose, a destination, and a journey that most people never see. We often notice the arrival but rarely think about everything it took to get there.
Photography has a way of slowing me down and helping me notice those moments.
A ship crossing the horizon.
The evening light.
The calm water.
A reminder to keep moving forward, even when progress feels slow.
Sometimes the journey itself is the story.

Sometimes we get so focused on how far we still have to go that we forget to look back and see how far we have already come.

Life has not always been easy. There have been storms, setbacks, losses, and days when giving up felt easier than moving forward.

But here we are.

Still standing.
Still learning.
Still growing.
Still finding beauty in places we never expected.

Tonight, I was reminded that the sun rises and sets whether we are ready for it or not. Every day is another opportunity to keep going, to create, to heal, to help someone else, and to become a little better than we were yesterday.

Keep taking the picture.
Keep writing the book.
Keep chasing the dream.
Keep showing up.

You may not realize it yet, but your story could be the encouragement someone else needs to keep going.

Keep smiling.

I am still going through photos from last night, but I wanted to share this small piece first. 🇺🇸

Sometimes photography is not just about taking pictures.
Sometimes it is standing quietly in a moment and realizing how many stories are around you that people may never fully say out loud.

Last night was filled with remembrance, emotion, aviation, veterans, families, reflection, and people simply coming together to honor those who sacrificed everything and never made it home.

I do not take those moments lightly when I am behind the lens.

This is only a small snippet from what I captured, but I hope it reminds people to slow down, appreciate life, appreciate each other, and become the best version of ourselves while we still have the chance.

My pile of books are growing. The latest one Seen in the shadows came in an hour ago. It has been approved for sale so its on Amazon. Now im going to make earrings and bookmarks this summer. Just waiting to harvest :-) https://a.co/d/0eqFVRel
