Tasha Boin Photography I am a lifestyle family photographer that combines fine art, organic and emotive portraiture. I strive to give you a fun and laid back photography experience!

My focus is on capturing emotion and my specialty is families and children. I am all about showing the genuine bonds and connections between my subjects. I love capturing those candid unposed moments that are true to life! Of course, there will be some posed moments, but nothing like you would see in a studio. I want to show the reality of your life and my goal is for you to look back at your pict

This family was from out of state and wanted an adventure session so in true Alaska style we woke up at the crack of dawn trying to catch the sunrise only to be met with gloomy, windy and cold weather… we still had an adventure as we hiked a trail, saw a moose and avoided running into any bears! 🤪

I posted on my Instagram yesterday that I am alive and kicking and still very much doing photography. I think it has been nearly a year since I last posted and I am not going to lie, I didn't miss social media and all the pressures that come with it; nevertheless, do realize that it is a huge part of connecting with all of you and sharing my work. I have SO many photos from 2023 sessions to share! My 2024 books are open, so if you have been considering a session with me or are a returning client- I would love to hear from you! It is never too early to book a session as my summer calendar fills up fast!

I had so much fun with Megan and her two huge Irish Wolfhounds at Hatcher's Pass last summer. It was a bit drizzly that day, but it's Alaska in the summer- so we just rolled with it and had a blast! She rocked her senior session!
