Alaska weather in April might have you wake up to fresh snow, rain in the forecast, 35 degrees, and may call for some flexibility to photo sessions! It was misty and drizzly but I am so glad we stuck it out!!! I had so much fun with this lovely lady to document her SENIOR year in a perfectly Alaskan "spring!" - I have too many favorites from this one!!

After a longer run of negatives than normal, 18 degrees never felt so warm! Grateful that despite all the winter rescheduling, I finally got together with this sweet *extended* family to freeze time.

Stayed warm indoors yesterday while Alaska was being Alaska outside -- but froze time with this sweet family! One month in as new parents of their precious firstborn.

Loved getting together with these friends on a warm 30-something degree Alaska afternoon!! It's taking a lot of self-control to share just a few photos from this session! Also, this cutie pup, such a sweet and obedient guy!

Hey local friends!!! It’s our family’s last winter in AK and I wanted to make sure to offer a couple last runs of mini sessions this winter (hopeful for more snow than last year 😆) If we get a good drop this week, I may start them this weekend (Sun/Mon) for anyone who is ready! Send me a message if that is you and I will send you a booking link.

These minis will be simple and sweet, getting all you need for Christmas cards (or just some updated family photos documenting your Alaska time) with a quicker turnaround.
