I’ve been playing music for 18 years.

Music has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I’m fortunate that it’s also become a big part of my career. I work in the music industry, surrounded by musicians, instruments, venues, and the people who make all of it happen.

Somewhere along the way, photography became another way for me to be part of that world.

I love shooting shows because I understand what’s happening on the other side of the lens. I know what it feels like to be on a stage, to feed off the energy of a crowd, to have those few seconds where everything comes together.

When I’m photographing a show, I’m looking for those moments—the expression, the movement, the interaction, the chaos, and the little things that you might only notice for a split second.

I love music. I love being around live shows. And I love having the opportunity to freeze a small piece of that experience in a photograph.

That’s why I shoot.
