There's a chill in the air lately and it has me excited for Fall. Cool temps. Color on the trees. I just wish it would last a bit longer.

Where's your favorite spot to see some Fall colors?

Utah and the American West have one of the most diverse landscapes you can imagine. It will shift completely depending on where you are and what season you happen to be in. It's a wild area and one that I never get tired of exploring.

For those who made it all the way to the end, which scene speaks to you most?

For those who have never visited Zion National Park, I highly recommend it.

Every corner of the park is something new. While it's busy, there are areas to escape the crowds and certain times of year are far more enjoyable.

Take a look through the set and let me know which view stands out to you.

There's nothing quite like seeing a final print come together. It's a whole new experience than just seeing these images small on a screen. I highly recommend it.

Which one of these scenes would look best in your home or office?

One of the things I love the most about landscape photography is the ability to escape to the quiet areas most don't often experience.

Standing on the beach at sunset. Hanging out in the fields with some beautiful horses. Silence in a normally busy slot canyon as the water echoes off the walls. All places to just sit and take it all in.

What about you? What places do you like to escape to where it's nice and quiet?

Each landscape across the West is unique. Standing along a rocky coast watching salt spray wash over granite pillars feels completely distinct from waiting out twilight beside a still mountain lake while a moose grazes near the treeline.

Gathering a varied mix like this always brings back the memory of those specific moments.

Swipe through to see all eight images, and let me know which landscape stands out most to you.

The American West is full of amazing scenes that keep me out in the field year after year. One morning it is cold winter air blowing across a snowy canyon rim before dawn, and the next it is warm light bouncing through a slot canyon.

From ancient, carved stone to swirling badland clays shaped by rain, each corner of this region carries its own distinct character.

Which one of these images appeal to you the most?

Looking back through past trips I've taken, a few places stand out that I want to return to sometime. These are places that took me a little more effort than normal to get to. Wether that was 12 hour drives, hiking through rivers as the rain poured down the canyon walls, or trekked through snowy desert trails, they all stuck with me.

Which one of these would you like to see in person?
