I still remember Cecilia’s very first email showing up in my inbox💌 her excitement to finally inquire for me to be her wedding photographer truly made my week. When people say “so many of my friends have used you” or “I’ve been following you for a while and knew I wanted you!” - THAT feels so rewarding - even better than a cold sweet treat on a hot summer day☀️🍧

They wanted family photos taken on their newly purchased land🤍 Her tattoo says “I do not fear the unknown with you” in his handwriting. Their babies are going to grow up here. Annual headshots looked different this year.🤍 You’ll always see just me behind the camera, but behind that, is the heart of it all- my family! I started my career with a dream and a passion… and I had my future family in mind. Now, this is year 10 of living that dream and I’ve never appreciated something more! I’m still the ambitious girl I was when I started but my work is more fulfilling than ever. It’s brought me connections & creativity in the midst of the joys & chaos of motherhood. I love what I do and I’ll probably always find a way to do it.🫶🏻 Im so thankful for the people who invite me to capture their life as it unfolds- I fully understand the treasure of documenting the big and small fleeting moments. Thanks for sticking around and thanks for being here.🤍 I hope we can share a golden hour or two this year. 📸🌞
