Polite Photography

Polite Photography A new chapter is unfolding. Through photography and faith, I share stories of hope, redemption, and the beauty God reveals in every season.

Although I still consider myself an amateur photographer I have been into photography since 2014 during a deployment in Afghanistan. I was a special duty Chaplain Assistant and what simply started as me taking a picture for my Chaplain on his tablet turned into me taking over the photo ministry for the Gospel service! The guy in charge of both photo and video ministry put a camera in my hand and f

rom that point on I began my journey in photography. My husband soon ordered me a camera of my own and just about anywhere you saw me, I had my camera! I have adopted photography as a hobby. All my work is self taught, but I want to learn the technicalities of photography and perfect my technique! Ultimately I want to turn my hobby into my profession!

A little piece of Redeemed Reflections Photography became real today. 🥹📷

My new business cards are officially finished!

This little card represents so much more than photography to me. It represents stories, people, moments, and a new chapter that I’m still watching God unfold.

Finding beauty in every chapter. 🤎

And yes—the QR code works. I checked. More than once. 😂

✨ Sneak Peek ✨

Some moments are too beautiful to keep to myself.

It was such a joy spending time with this sweet family and celebrating God’s faithfulness as they settle into life at home with their precious little girl. Every image reminds me how intentional God is in the way He writes each family’s story.

Here’s a little preview while I continue working through the rest of the gallery. I can’t wait to share more soon. 💛

✨ SNEAK PEEK ✨

After spending two months in the NICU, sweet Iris is finally home.

Today I had the privilege of documenting one of her very first chapters outside the hospital—a chapter filled with quiet moments, tiny yawns, and the kind of peace her family has prayed for.

Some stories remind us that hope often grows in the hardest seasons.

I can’t wait to share more from this beautiful session. 💕

✨ Something Beautiful Is Taking Shape ✨

For the past several years, photography has remained a part of my life through volunteer work, serving families, veterans, churches, and nonprofit organizations that hold a special place in my heart.

What began years ago with a camera in Afghanistan—searching for glimpses of beauty in the middle of difficult circumstances—has grown into something much deeper.

Photography has allowed me to witness stories of hope, resilience, healing, faith, love, and redemption.

It has brought me alongside families celebrating new life, veterans finding purpose, mothers cherishing fleeting moments, and individuals walking through some of life’s hardest chapters.

Now, after six years away from operating a photography business, I am excited to announce that a new chapter is coming.

📸 Redeemed Reflections by Danielle Polite

More than a photography business, Redeemed Reflections is built on the belief that every story matters and every chapter holds beauty worth remembering.

This rebranding reflects not only my growth as a photographer but also the journey God has taken me on through the years.

My prayer is that every session becomes an opportunity to preserve memories, celebrate milestones, and reflect the grace that carries us through every season of life.

✨ Reflections of Grace. Stories of Hope.
✨ Finding Beauty in Every Chapter.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me, trusted me with your memories, and supported this journey. I can’t wait to share more of what’s coming soon.

Stay tuned for sneak peeks of the new studio, products, and services as we get closer to the official launch!

✨ Another Sneak Peek Into What’s Coming… ✨

For the past several years, photography has never truly left my heart.

While Polite Photography stepped away from operating as a business, I continued serving behind the camera in ways that mattered deeply to me.

❤️ For three years, I volunteered with Frames of Love, a nonprofit organization that provides professional photographs for families facing the unimaginable—including children with terminal illnesses and families grieving the loss of a stillborn baby. Being trusted with those sacred moments forever changed the way I view photography and the importance of preserving memories.

❤️ This year marks my eighth year as a volunteer photographer for the Hope Lives Here Annual Gala. Hope Lives Here is a nonprofit organization that pairs shelter dogs with veterans affected by PTSD, Military Sexual Trauma (MST), and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), training them together as service teams.

The mission is especially close to my heart because I am an Army veteran myself. During my sixth year with Hope Lives Here, I had the incredible honor of walking across the gala stage alongside my own service dog—a moment that reminded me that some of the most powerful stories are the ones we live ourselves.

❤️ I’ve also had the privilege of photographing events for the Women’s Ministry at Pinnacle Community Church, capturing moments of faith, fellowship, encouragement, and community.

These experiences reminded me that photography is about so much more than pictures.

It’s about preserving legacies.
Honoring journeys.
Celebrating victories.
Remembering loved ones.
And finding beauty even in life’s most difficult chapters.

That’s what inspired this next chapter.

This isn’t simply a rebrand.

It’s the culmination of years spent witnessing grace in grief, hope in healing, strength in community, and beauty in redemption.

A rebrand rooted in purpose.
A renewed vision.
A heart for capturing authentic stories that matter.

Because every story matters.
Every chapter has value.
And every life reflects something beautiful.

✨ Reflections of Grace. Stories of Hope.
✨ Finding Beauty in Every Chapter.

Thank you for following along as I slowly reveal what’s ahead. I’m excited to share more of Redeemed Reflections with you soon.
