Dear Brazoswood High School Graduates and Families,
I am writing to sincerely apologize for an unfortunate issue that occurred during the Brazoswood High School graduation commencement ceremony.
Due to unexpected water penetration—most likely caused by rain just prior to the commencement ceremony—we experienced a loss of image data for the first quadrant of graduates including the honor students. If you are unable to find your graduate and they were the first 167 or so graduates they will be impacted by this loss. We understand how meaningful and irreplaceable these graduation moments are, and I deeply regret that this situation has impacted your memories of such an important milestone.
Immediately after discovering the issue, we engaged a professional data recovery company and made every possible effort to retrieve the lost images. Despite these extensive attempts, we were unfortunately unsuccessful in recovering the missing files.
After careful coordination and planning with Brazoswood High School, we are grateful to share that we have received approval to host a makeup photo session. This session will take place in the Brazoswood High School gym on July 11th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
We warmly invite all graduates to attend this session to have their photos taken or retaken. Graduates will have the opportunity to pose in their graduation robes with their diploma. If time permits, we will also gladly accommodate additional poses with family members.
We fully understand the disappointment and inconvenience this situation may have caused, and for that, I offer my deepest and most sincere apologies. We are committed to making this right and to providing you with photos that properly commemorate this important achievement.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or by phone/text at 281-393-1407.
Thank you for your understanding, patience, and support.
Sincerely,
Jordan Floyd / Owner – Group Photography Studio
