Can anyone else relate to this image? Possibly every career woman in America?

You manage the deadlines. You hold the team together. You balance family life. You solve the problem before anyone else even knew there was one. You show up, you deliver, you do it again tomorrow. You're the very definition of a superhero (and have the water bottle to prove it).

And at the end of the day you close the laptop, pour a glass of something good, and nobody remembers any of it.

Christine has been the woman behind the screen for years — keeping programs running, keeping people on track, getting things done quietly and completely from her home office long before remote work was cool.

Meet Christine.
She was working from home before it was a thing.
Before the ring lights. Before the Zoom backgrounds. Before the rest of the world discovered that yes, you can absolutely run a meeting in a blazer and pajama pants.

Christine has been doing this for years — managing programs for a Telecom company from her home office, long before "remote work" was a badge anyone wore proudly. No fanfare. No trend to ride. Just a woman who figured it out early and quietly kept the whole operation running while everyone else was still commuting.
