On a recent mission trip to JAARS (Jungle Aviation and Radio Service) in Waxhaw, North Carolina, we joined dear friends for an evening dinner in the town of Waxhaw, in southwestern North Carolina. The town, named after the indigenous Native American tribe that lived there, is a region where gold was first discovered in the United States.
Photographed from the town walk bridge spanning the railroad tracks that navigate through the center of town.
