Plot twist: I’m not JUST a senior photographer. 😉

Yes, seniors are a huge part of what I do. But I still absolutely LOVE photographing families, too. ❤️

I’ve set aside October 24 & 25 for Lakeside Mini Sessions! These are perfect if you want beautiful fall photos without committing to a full session. Don't worry, you can still book full or mini sessions on other dates at other locations.

I know senior year comes with ALL the expenses, and cap & gown portraits are just one more thing on the list.

You can book a Cap & Gown Mini Session with me and make it so much more than just a quick photo in a cap and gown.
Bring Mom & Dad. Bring siblings. Bring their best friend. Bring the dog. 🐶 Bring the people who helped them get to this moment.
We can do photos of just your senior, family photos, friend photos, sibling photos, and all the little details that make their graduation season special.

You don’t have to choose between cap & gown portraits and a full senior photography experience.
I offer several senior photo package options, starting with the Cap & Gown Mini Session. Or, if you want the full experience, you can choose a senior session with multiple outfits, locations and plenty of variety.

My biggest tip? Start looking at your options early.
Compare what’s included. Think about who you want photographed. And decide what you actually want from your senior photos instead of simply going with the school package because it’s the easiest option.

Because these photos aren’t just about a cap and gown.
They’re about celebrating the kid who somehow went from kindergarten to graduation in what feels like five minutes. 😭

I immediately said she's giving major Kate Hudson in How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days vibes. The golden yellow two-piece was SO good, and it matched the location perfectly. ✨

This is one of the reasons I send my seniors a Style Guide before their session. We talk through outfits, colors, and what will work best with the locations we’re shooting at.

Spending a few days in VA with one of my best friends Genevieve Anders , and I’m definitely not complaining about these cooler temperatures. 😂

I’m enjoying the break, but I’m also ready to get back home and start shooting again.

Do I want the Texas heat back? Not really.
Do I want to be behind my camera again? Absolutely.

🚨Class of 2027, listen up!🚨
I've been getting a lot of senior inquiries lately asking which season is best for photos, and honestly… there isn't one right answer.

It really depends on you, your schedule, and the look you want.

Want those dreamy wildflowers? Spring is a great choice. Love warm summer light? Summer it is. Prefer fall colors and cooler temps? Fall may be your season.

And here's another option: you don't have to choose just one. My senior packages give you the option to photograph in more than one season, so you can get completely different looks and locations throughout your senior year.

Or, if your senior has a packed schedule during the fall and spring, let's choose the season that works best for them. Your senior photos don't have to happen during the "traditional" season.

The best season is the one that fits your schedule AND gives you the photos you want. 🤍
