A couple weeks ago we did some mid-pregnancy maternity photos with my wife, Emmie, just for fun. We went to Greenfield Village and shot until we got kicked out😂Unfortunately they closed early that day for Halloween. I've never done maternity photos before but really love how these turned out! Who knows maybe I'll get the chance to do more in the future😊

Joel Bye Remembers his Fathers WWII Story.

This was so interesting to hear about Joels father, George Bye. He recounted the many memories he was told from his fathers WWII experience. Much of this shoot was of his fathers memorabilia to tell the story. I always liked this portrait of Joel.

Ryan is a very talented artist and musician based in Flint, MI. This was one of the first stories I pitched to the magazine. I knew we had to do a story on him, and he just happened to be working on his new piece - Equus Pegasus Machinamentum. It was huge! This pegasus can be moved by levers and people viewing are welcomed to make it come to life. Always a pleasure to work with such talented people.
