Breaking my 5 month long photography related posting hiatus to share this sweet beachside maternity session for one of my 2021 wedding couples, Lindsey & Alec 💙

With going through a lot personally over the past 5 months with my family, I didn't feel the need to post or felt like I really had much to say, despite having mountains of work to share on here.

Maybe it's the Spring sunshine today. Maybe I feel like I'm getting back on my feet again. Here's to hoping I post sooner than 5 months again, because I have SO many amazing sessions and wedding from September to present that deserve the world to see & enjoy 🫶🏼

The Greatest Maylene is 6! 🎪✨🐘

May said it was the best birthday ever, so feeling like a zombie with a post party "hangover" was all worth it 😂

Mario and I listened to The Greatest Showman soundtrack and watched a movie a lot while I was pregnant with Maylene. Both of us would even sing a specific song to get as we riches her to sleep as a baby... Me- "A Million Dreams" & Mario- "From Now On". So to say this movie is sentimental is an understatement. We knew we had to introduce the movie to May and now it's a family favorite ❤️

Maylene is one in a million and brings us & everyone around her SO much joy! She loves big, is enthusiastic, passionate, caring, compassionate and life of the party! She's the biggest cheerleader for those she loves, is inquisitive and aware of other's feelings & emotions. She's repentive when she's done something wrong and seeks to make it right. She prays big prayers and believes in Jesus.

I could go on and on about what a gift she is! Maylene is truly a treasure and I'll never get over how blessed we are to love her & raise her up.
