You guys know I cried hard on this one. SO MANY HAPPY TEARS. She has been such a great piece of NBP for 5 years now, loving my couples as much as I do and going the distance to let each one of you know it! I’m beyond excited for this journey to begin for her + B! I can’t quite put into words how special she is to me personally and professionally but I sure hope you guys can celebrate this beautiful mama to be!

Friends, Previous Brides + Vendors alike:

As most of you may know Jenna Carey LeVasseur, owner and operator of Magnolia Bend, was recently hospitalized and is in ICU. I have been racking my brain on what we could do to help a fellow vendor of our community during a time like this that wasn’t the norm. Something that would benefit her couples and keep business as usual while not burdening the family with the tasks of being a small business owner during a time like this.

Lots of things go into the upkeep of a venue that require time, cash and communication. I am opening my Venmo up to accept donations for Lawn Care Services for the venue at this time. I will also be scheduling and keeping up with this for them. This will be one less thing for them to worry about. I have lined up and worked out the details with Pro-Mow Lawn Care (Garrett Bowers) who has been generous enough to schedule reoccurring maintenance each week before their weddings & events until further notice! All proceeds will go towards the venues upkeep. Once a maximum amount is reached for these services (will determine as time moves forward) and if donations are still coming in.. I may refund new donations or see where else we could put them such as cleaning services, etc.

My sweet vendor sis Amy Lavespere Knight has sent out a group message with a few local vendors! If you are a local pro and would like to be added to this and can possibly offer anything additional, let me know!

Well friends. Today ends an era for me. I am no longer accepting newborns, 1 year olds or maternity sessions.
For so many reasons, these are just not in the cards for me anymore. Professionally and personally. Tears fill my eyes as I write this to you. As a photographer and a human I want to grow with you beyond weddings. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to do this over 9 years with you guys! This year has been a wild one. At this time I am shifting my focus to my current brides and my brides to be. I’m not sure when this era will end for me but what I do know is right now it has come to a halt. When I decide open my books back up for these sessions, you will be the first to know. Promise.
If you miss this post and do inquire, I will as I have been for the past few months, send you in the right direction.
Thank you to the ones who have trusted me along the way, allowed me to grow with you one tiny human at a time and to those who have referred me to family and friends! I am incredibly honored to have been apart of your journey as you grow your family!
Ps. If you are one of the couple of tiny human makers I have left on my schedule for this year, your session is still valid! I’d never leave you hanging. ;)
