So happy that my "Local Chef Recipes" project is now complete at WTOP News. On Jan. 29, 2023, Nama Ko hosted a 5-course collab dinner with several dishes celebrating Japanese cuisine. I got the chance to take a video of the event.

Participating chefs were ToriSumi Yakitori chef and owner Blake King, Vendador chef Francis Pascal, and Nama Ko chef Derek Watson.
