Jaguars used to be found from the south-west USA, throughout South America to almost the far north in Argentina.
Now, they’ve been virtually eliminated from half of their historic range.

The largest wetlands on earth the Pantanal and Amazon are thought to be home to half of all wild Jaguars.
Making these two wetlands very important sites for the future of these beautiful cats.
