{Carne Adovada}
This month, I write about the first time I went to the Frontier (back when Clinton was in the White House) for The Bite magazine. “Red, spicy, and clocking in at just under a dollar at the time, it was a revelation wrapped in a tortilla, a sense of gravitas to a northerner’s sophomoric palate at the start of my freshman year.” The burritos are always easier to stomach than my prose, but I thought it was an interesting story.
