Through this window, there's now a new darkness. Four walls containing so much joy, contradicted by the coldness outside. ICE killed a man. After they shoved a woman down. Fun fact about me: Ive gone through tattoo removal. I had a tree down my side, chest, and across my whole back. I also had a quarter sleeve of an old record player. Now there are only remnants. Do you have a tattoo you would remove?

If you're on Instagram, you'll notice things have changed for us a bit. We are in the process of separating our bo***ir & body positivity work from our lifestyle & branding work. That means separating all our socials, and redoing our website. I'm so excited for these changes and feel like it's going to be the the dividing factor we need. I've felt kind of weird about posting babies in one post and butts in the next. 🤣 So I'm doing something about it. Wow. The hate and racism is heavy on my last post and I am absolutely disgusted. This is a safe space for those who are scared right now, for those that need someone or something good. I still dont understand how my post lead to so much vitriol. These are familes, human beings, and lives being torn apart in a moment. Don't think I'm backing down or silencing myself. I will keep doing the work. Smdh.

ICE was in Albert Lea today, January 12. They were targeting our elementary schools. As dark as this all is, it was great to see the community rally together and speak up. We dont want/need ICE here. These signs made me smile. Which one is your favorite?
