Who said you have to do the typical maternity photos??
These parents brought a cool deal and executed it PERFECTLY!
This session was also very special to me, I absolutely adore it when I get to photograph maternity photos for a couple I did their wedding photos as well. Building that relationship and watching families grow is always a highlight for me!

Not sure where June came from… But its here!

I'm working hard to get everything from May edited and delivered while also grieving a dear friend. However, this is your reminder with almost half the year gone there's not much availability left especially before daylight savings. So if your thinking about getting photos done this year, don't wait to book unless your waiting on my minis!

Coffee…. Just bring coffee lol
I'm grinding extra hard this weekend working on editing SCC graduation photos. It sure is a lot of work, but every year that I have had the honor to do this brings a smile to my face. It's so much more then just my work getting seen, it's me seeing all the graduates and their families, hearing what they have overcome to get to walk that stage, getting to capture such a special moment for so many people. To say the least it's heart warming to be able to watch each and every student as they walk across. It's truly something special and seeing how hard SCC works to make it run smoothly and how much time and love they pour into it is a beautiful thing!

Tip: Props enhance senior pictures so much, especially when they represent a part of your personality. I love photographing seniors with their choice instrument, sports equipment, furry pets or even their first cars! Think about what kinds of props you want at your photo session!

I was thrilled to see this senior pull up in his truck, even though he didn't plan on using it I'm so glad we did!

I am SO excited for my cousin and so thrilled with how these engagement/save the date photos came out! Working with a motorcycle was a fun change, I truly love it when couples wanna do something that makes it special to them.

But you wanna know how you can save $$$ AND hire your wedding photographer in one go? Book any wedding package with me and receive a complimentary 30min engagement session! I do this for many reasons, primarily though because as your photographer I want to capture your big day the best I can. SO meeting you ahead of time, seeing how you and your partner flow together in front of a camera and noting any likes and dislikes is a huge help so we're not trying to figure all that out on a long, fun but stressful day

Or both! I had so much fun with this sweet senior bringing her dog and SO to her senior/birthday photos recently. Really anytime you ask if pets can come I'm 100000000% down for it!

Throw back from December and Golden hour appreciation post! One of my favorite times to shoot because the images can come out looking like these! Just because the grass may be dead in December doesn't mean the photos can't look amazing and this sweet mamma brought it and was STUNNING in this cream boho dress from my client closet!
