This is in honor of Rosemary West Photography! This year was the 35th year of her "My Friend and Me" Pet Portrait fundraiser for Albany Humane Society! Over the years, the event has raised more than $20,000 for animals in need! Thank you Rosemary and all that participate each year. In May, Marie Knight contacted me to create this very special “Heirloom Painting” of her three sweet grandchildren, in gorgeous clothes she had made. Kellen, Conner and Jay were perfect in every way. When I say that it was fun, that is an understatement. See Comment section for one of the “fun” ones. Of course the icing on the cake is that she was my Connor’s 5K teacher 18 years ago.
Thank you Marie, and mom Caitlin, for bring me such delightful children!
I am so grateful life hands me such special people that I get to know and love on. ❤
